Auto Parts of the Future
Fewer Pieces
It may be very possible that the automobiles that we deal with in the future may have fewer pieces and auto parts to deal with than the automobiles that we currently have to deal with. Let's face it: time equals money to most people, and most people dislike having to take their car to an auto repair shop or work countless hours on fixing one small problem within some of the smallest auto parts possible. The future of automobiles is definitely changing, though, and perhaps automobile manufacturers will make it so that the average person will have less to deal with when dealing with their auto parts.
Reliable Auto Parts
It may be too much of a good thing to ask for, but it's very possible that the automobiles of the future may have more reliable auto parts placed in them. The current situation usually is that various auto parts within the car need to be replaced within five to seven years, but the automobiles that are currently being worked on for future production may have designs that allow them to keep their efficiency and be less dependent on the auto parts that they need to run. This may also just be wishful thinking, but we'll eventually be able to find out!
No More Parts
Another option for the automobiles of the future is the capability of having no more auto parts within the actual cars themselves. There already are concept cars in production that have all the important engine components underneath the car in one small box, so it may be entirely possible that many of the auto parts that are currently needed to run a car just may disappear with the cars of the future. In this way, no one would ever need to worry about replacing or fixing auto parts ever again!
All in all, though, there are many possible things that could change the way that auto parts are looked at well into the future. Even though it may be nice to think about, though, the simple fact of the matter is that we won't know until that time comes and it's all speculation right now about the auto parts we deal with right now.
